Oh, I feel for your new daughter & you. Hold & Rock. That is the best advice I can give. Just hold her and rock her if she'll let you. She'll need much time to grieve her loss....so hard on these little ones. She'll be ok & so will you; it will just take some time. Praying for you....Heather M. Dillon Forum Family.

Hang in there! It will get better! Don't take it personally! She would react this way to anyone. The only reason she is going to Melanie is that she has three kids with her! I agree with Heather, just hold her and hug her if she will let you.
We love you and Emma will too! Her world has just been turned upside down right now!
I'm so sorry this is so hard for both of you. Even when we expect something to be hard, it is still so difficult to go through. Oh, I remember the terrible sadness and frustration I had when I didn't think things were going so well between Ky and I. My mom just told me over and over - just keep doing things that mommies do and the feelings will come for both of you. She was right!!
Oh, hang in there. It's such a big adjustment for Emma. You both will get through this difficult time.
