Thank you Jill, Jann and Sandy!

Duong has a new bike! I have a picture of her on a bike in Vietnam so I am hoping she will be excited to see her very own bike when she comes home! Jill, Jann and Sandy are the greatest for surprising me with the bike this weekend. I have streamers too they just are not on the handle bars yet.

June 1st Duong and friends moved to a brand new orphanage. My agency helped fund this new orphanage and attended the open house. Finally I have current pictures of Duong!! She's definately growing up! Somebody must have donated brown teddy bears - Duong always has one with her in all pictures! That's exciting to me since her new bedroom is full of stuffed toys!! Right now I am being told by my agency that I might travel end of July. I was hoping to travel earlier but its not in my control..s0 I will just fill in the time with projects I need to finish before she arrives.

Starting a blog for my travel to bring home Thuy Duong

Hi Everyone!

Bear with me while I figure out how to use this blog which will eventually keep family and friends up todate while I am in Vietnam meeting Thuy Duong and bringing her home. It is June 2nd and I am waiting for my dossier and Thuy Duong's dossier to leave Hanoi and go back to her province - Angiang. Right now I have no idea when I will travel but I am hopeful it will be no later than mid-July.
